6 Amazing Desserts that Will Tempt Your Willpower
Valentine’s Day is upon us, and though I have been faithful to my New Year’s fitness goals, dessert is just so fun to make for my family (and maybe me). I am not particular, I love to make any sort of sweet. As long as it looks delicious and somewhat simple–I will try it.
This week’s bloggers have dazzled me with their use of sugar and flour–as you might have guessed, dessert is what’s on the menu for this week. Starting with a Mini Heart-Shaped Monkey Bread. My mother used to make monkey bread when I was growing up, and I am eager to try this recipe. Really, we could make this a bread (which it’s more like gooey-deliciousness then bread) into any shape, but the heart is so perfect. Also featured Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. What is a dessert menu without a cheesecake? This recipe looks simple and delicious.
Additionally, a mouthwatering Double-Chocolate Strawberry Cupcake. These look so wonderfully sweet, I would surly fall off the bandwagon, truthfully, I would willingly jump off the wagon for a dozen of these delicious-little treats!
Furthermore, we are featuring this beautiful Raspberry Poke Cake, which not only looks delicious, but makes me long for warmer weather! Also featured is Funfetti Frosted Sugar Cookie Bars, and these look amazing. Lastly, a recipe for Raspberry Cake with Chocolate Frosting, this really looks simple and very kid-friendly, and that means it would be a hit at my house!
