We’re on the letter “G” this week and I’m super excited to share with you 5 FREE Preschool Worksheets for Preschool Alphabet Letter G for children ages two through five. The full printable pack features fun animals like a goat, gorilla, giraffe, and goose. We also had some fun this week playing with gears. Did you know you can enrich your preschooler’s early childhood education with just a few simple preschool activities at home?
Hi, Im Monica, an Early Childhood Education Certified Teacher. I started out as a homeschool preschool mom, but quickly learned I have a passion for helping other moms and teachers with their preschool at home efforts. Now I teach other moms how to preschool at home through my online preschool program: Visual Montessori.
I used the principles of Montessori, and everything I’ve learned about childhood development, to create a preschool learning curriculum based upon the 12 Sensitive Periods for children between the ages of birth and six years old as outlined in Montessori. I used this preschool learning curriculum to preschool my two boys at home and now I’m sharing these fun printables online.
If you want to enrich your preschooler’s early childhood education with preschool activities that will help them learn the alphabet, you are in the right place!

Our Letter G Preschool Curriculum
This week we’re testing out our new block set from BacktoBlocks.com. The company sent me a free set of blocks to review – I’ll be posting more on that later, but first I wanted to share how we incorporated the blocks into our letter G study.
Ta da! The letter “G” from rectangles. Creating a curved letter from rectangular blocks was not only a challenge for me, but for my preschooler too. We learned a new way to look at blocks. It’s a great way to inspire creative thinking and problem solving.
If you’d like to see what we did last year including a table set-up for sensory items and activities for little ones for ages 22-40 months go to the post: Letter G.
Learn to Read Preschool Curriculum
If you would like to assess your preschooler’s readiness in the area of reading, I have a free chart in my post, Advancing Preschool Reading Behaviors. If you have a preschooler who knows their ABCs and who has expressed an interest in reading, this series of posts will be perfect for you. We’re on a journey to learn to read short words from either the list of Dolch sight words or short words that are easily represented with pictures. If you like this post, please PIN it on PINTEREST.
And, make sure to check out my FREE Farm Animal Puppets that I published earlier this week. These free printable puppets allow you to animate story time with your little ones. I’ve included a list of great books to go along with the puppets.
