3 Easy Smoothie Recipes For A Healthy Morning Routine
Just to give you a little variety, I’m going to share with you 3 Easy Smoothie Recipes For A Healthy Morning Routine. The ingredients are super simple, Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk, Silk Coconutmilk, Silk dairy-free yogurt alternative, fresh pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries, peanut butter, stevia, and your favorite non-dairy protein powder (you can go with soy, hemp, rice, or pea powder for a plant-based protein). If you like to mix-it-up, have alternative berries on hand – like blackberries.
I got into making smoothies two years ago when my mom bought me a Nutribullet blender. It makes super quick work of smoothies like these and it comes clean easily in the dishwasher.
Strawberry and Non-Dairy Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Strawberries are technically my absolute favorite when it comes to smoothies. I love the aroma of strawberries and the crisp clean taste. They make almost any smoothie an oasis for my taste buds.
Now the key to drinking smoothies in the morning is prepping ahead the night before. You’ll want to wash any fruit you are using and trim and cut off stems or remove seeds from fruit if applicable.
Ingredients for a Strawberry and Non-Dairy Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
- 1 Cup of Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk
- 1 Scoop (1 oz.) soy protein powder
- 1/2 container Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt
- 1 cup of Strawberries
- 1 Stevia packet (optional)
Directions for a Strawberry and Non-Dairy Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Combine everything in a blender. I love my Nutribullet. Add 1/2 cup of ice if desired. Serve with a fresh strawberry or two. Enjoy!
Blueberry and Non-Dairy Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Now, blueberries are a meatier fruit and will leave some pulp in the glass. But you can’t beat their antioxidant superpowers and their sweet flavor lends a taste of the tropics to every sip.
You can combine your blueberries and yogurt with Silk Coconutmilk or Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk, either is fine, it just depends on the flavor you like, and if you are counting calories (the unsweetened variety has only 30 calories per glass).

Peanut Butter and Pineapple and Non-Dairy Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Now, my husband and I vacationed in Hawaii for our honeymoon. There I learned to love the taste on Pina Coladas. I also learned that a pineapple based drink tends to be really sweet. And that’s why I added peanut butter to this smoothie. Plus, peanut butter adds loads more protein and adds a certain heartiness to this frothy shake.
I used canned fruit for this smoothie recipe, but you could opt for fresh pineapple. Just make sure to prep it the night before. Pineapple prep is a pretty big undertaking. The husk is tough and you lose a lot of the fruit “peeling” it. I say go with the canned. It makes life a whole lot simpler.
