Applewood Smoked Bacon and Pork Stir Fry Recipe
Summer means warmer temperatures, and for our family it also means more time in the kitchen for me. I love cooking, but out where we live in Colorado, many of the homes lack a central air conditioning system –> including our home.
So when things heat up, I am looking for ways to get in and out of the kitchen quickly. And I want to cook dishes that do not require me to turn on the oven.
We have a portable AC unit, but it can’t cool off the house fast enough when the oven is on. So, I LOVE to create meals with quick one pan cooking –> like this Applewood Smoked Bacon and Pork Stir Fry Recipe. It’s so easy. Just chop everything up and cook it on high with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. And you won’t believe the flavor, everyone will think you slaved in the kitchen for hours – but it really only takes 30 minutes.
