Recipe Directions to create these Yogurt and Granola Parfaits:
Step 1: Open yogurt container and spoon yogurt into your shaped silicone pan. Tap the spoon gently inside the mold to ensure the yogurt settles into the pan.
Step 2: Freeze the yogurt until solid. This will take a few hours and is best done overnight. I also recommend placing a piece of saran wrap on the exposed side of the shaped mold pan to ensure the yogurt does not dry out in the freezer.
Step 3: Gather all your ingredients and have them ready to assemble. Since the yogurt is frozen, you want to assemble and eat the yogurt before it completely melts.
Step 4: Layer the granola on the bottom first, fill your container only 1/3rd of the way full. For my parfait glasses and bowls this only took 3-4 tablespoons of granola. You can choose any granola you like. I selected a granola that had raisins and nuts in the mixture.
Step 5: Layer the frozen yogurt shapes on top of the granola. For my parfait glasses and bowls, I added three of my heart-shaped pieces of yogurt.
Step 6: Layer your syrup on top of the yogurt. You can choose either the chocolate or strawberry syrup for this step.
Step 7: Layer on your final topping. This might be either the chocolate chips or the fresh raspberries.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy! I picked the vanilla bean with chocolate chips on top and enjoyed an early morning “Me Moment” yogurt parfait out on the patio.
