The week can get crazy busy with extracurricular activities, school related excursions, and visiting with family and friends. As a busy mom, just pulling together a ham and cheese sandwich can fuel my day and my need for nutrition. With lots of veggies and the addition of fruit, I can get the vitamins I need. Ingredients:
- 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 Teaspoons of Honey Mustard
- 2 Slices Tomato
- 2 Green Leaf Lettuce Leaves
- 6 Slices of Honey Ham
- 1 Slice of Gouda Cheese
- 1 Small Banana
- 3/4 Cup of Green Grapes
- 1 Glass of Water

Directions:
- Smooth the honey mustard onto a slice of bread and layer on the lettuce and tomato.
- Add a slice of cheese
- Add 6 slices of ham folded nicely.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Serve with fruit.
