We’re on the letter “P” in our Preschool Alphabet Games and today was a busy day.
I prepared a craft, some sensory items (a pear and potatoes), our magnet board, and some cute free printables, and you know what was the biggest hit? The potatoes! To see more click on the video: Counting Potatoes
On the magnet board I pinned up pictures of a pig, pencil, pumpkin, pen, panda, penguin, and pizza. I also had out our Alphabet Sound Puzzle by Melissa and Doug on the table and a super cute truck puzzle. I drew some of my own letter P printables: a pig, pear, panda, and pretzel which you can download for FREE by clicking this link: “Letter P”. Peanut is 33 months old. A video of our review of letter “P” vocabulary below. Vocabulary Review Letter “P”.
Both boys enjoyed our preschool alphabet games today.
Our craft today was a puppy puppet and I’ve included a FREE pattern so that you can create this at home here: Puppy Puppet.
Here you can see Peanut playing with the new puppet.
A found a neat video of a Panda on youtube and I’ve added it below. This includes the Panda using the bathroom so you may want to preview it before you let your preschooler view it. Panda Video.
Not one to be left out, Nugget made sure to join in on our preschool alphabet study.
For me the letter “P” brings to mind prayer. That I need to be praying continually for the Lord’s leading and guidance as I parent these children. It’s a tremendous responsibility and I’m praying for His wisdom and grace.
Feel free to download any of the free printables for your preschooler from Happy and Blessed Home over at Free Stuff.
Thank you for joining us on our journey through the alphabet.
