Our eldest turns six very soon and one of his favorite superheroes is Superman. In fact, both our boys love Superman and one of the ways we get them to eat more is to tell them that if they want to grow big and strong like Superman, they need to eat their breakfast.

So with this post I bring you… A Superhero Breakfast for your little Superhero in honor of my son’s six-year-old birthday!

Now we don’t have breakfast like this every day – it’s a very special treat. But you can enjoy Pepperidge Farms Apple Cinnamon Sweet Rolls and Florida Orange Juice any day of the year, and these treats are super fun to make and eat. These tasty Superhero Sweet Rolls would also make the perfect addition to a Superhero Birthday Party or any other Superhero themed party.

I picked up our Pepperidge Farms Apple Cinnamon Sweet Rolls and Florida Orange Juice at Walmart. You can find the Sweet Rolls in the refrigerated biscuit section.

Since this is a breakfast party I also cooked up some delicious scrambled eggs with lots of veggies, and hash browns with scallions. I decorated using the party supplies I bought at Walmart and some of my boy’s favorite stuffed superheros – The Hulk, Larry Boy and our Superhero blanket including The Green Lantern and Flash.

I found some super fun superhero party supplies at Walmart based upon the Avengers.  The Avengers comic books and movies have included a vast array of superheros like Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Flash, and Captain America. To make it fun for my husband and myself as well, I included in our Superhero Breakfast some of the “classic” superheroes – Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman.  I also created a cinnamon roll with the Avengers Logo since it’s so prevalent in the comics.
